Privacy

What we collect

• Your email, username and password (stored as a salted hash — we cannot read it).
• What you post, like, repost, bookmark, who you follow, block or mute.
• Direct messages you send (stored so they can be delivered; not end-to-end encrypted).
• Basic technical data for sessions: browser user-agent and session expiry.

What we deliberately do NOT do

• No advertising, no ad profiles, no selling or sharing your data with data brokers.
• No third-party trackers or analytics scripts on the site.
• Images you upload are re-encoded and stripped of all metadata, including GPS location.
• No engagement algorithm profiling what keeps you hooked.

Deletion

You can delete individual posts at any time, and delete your whole account from Settings. Account deletion removes your profile and posts from the platform.

Who operates this

Blackbone Social is operated by Blackbone SRL (Romania). Data is hosted on our own infrastructure in the EU. For any privacy request write to contact@blackbone.ro.
